VP Client Strategy

Vice President – West Coast Markets – IT Staffing

Our client is hiring a Vice President for the West Coast Markets to join our rapidly growing team. In this
role, you will be A player/coach that can drive a group of Account Executives (Sales) focusing on selling
our IT workforce solutions to companies within a specific market.

Primary responsibilities
Reporting to the Managing Director, the key function of the role is to grow assigned customers and sign
new logos within a Geography / local market and assigned region.

• Hire, develop and manage field sales org supporting existing large enterprise high-touch clients
in markets
• Be truly accountable for each field salesperson achieving financial (and operational goals); ability
to incubate sales talent to achieve specific financial (and operational) metrics within a specified
period of time
• Ensure financial and operational performance for assigned enterprise clients in given markets /
geographies.
• High degree of ownership and accountability
• Willingness to travel extensively
• Strong people and performance management
• Develop account and market penetration strategy across the geographical footprint
• Hold senior level relationships for clients and will be accountable for client growth and overall
sales execution, including account management, successful on boarding, compliance
management, and performance management of the region.
• Identify additional business opportunities within existing clients and new target clients to sell
other services within our suite of workforce solutions
• Experience positioning company in complex sales efforts such as VOP, SOW and project based
staffing.
• Work with a team of a delivery managers, recruiters and a shared services team to support
growth.

Educational & Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management OR similar majors OR
military experience
• A minimum of 8 years of success in Business Development and Account Management with clients,
both strategic and mid- market
• A highly disciplined individual that can be process oriented
• Experience in Staff Aug. or other service-oriented roles within the IT space is highly preferred
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• A sense of urgency and a high standard of professionalism and character are must

This is a hybrid role – 3 days in any of the locations on the west coast.
