Sales Support Representative

Responsibilities:

• Field Team and Strategic Account Sales Support
o Mailing/boxing Kick-off Kit shipments & Marketing Materials
o Maintain and organize marketing fulfillment room
o Assist on scheduling Kick-offs
o Following up with unanswered kick off requests or additional materials
o Work on sales support related requests from Field Sales and Strategic Sales teams
o Provide prompt communication on requests
o Communicate effectively with detailed summarization of requests
o Document each request and updates within Team Support tool
o Utilize as needed: Team Support, RedCar, BlackCar, ACT!, Jira & Mail Warehouse to research sales support requests
o Follow up on missing or incomplete enrollment items
o Work with sales, agents and dealerships to obtain missing setup items
o Work with setup team to provide updates on pending dealer setups

• Heat Process
o Work with Sales, Accounting, Customer Service, etc to compile necessary findings on Heat cases
o Communicate findings with National Sales Support Manager
o Maintain organized notes on all Heat cases to ensure all cross functional teams can access and view items related to each Heat case
o Utilize as needed: Team Support, RedCar, BlackCar, ACT!, Jira & Mail Warehouse to research Heat cases

• CRM Sales Process
o Learn and utilize Spiro to assist Sales on necessary changes
o Work with setup team on necessary Spiro changes
o Work with Reporting team to ensure necessary Spiro fields are updated accordingly
