JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a Director of Quality, you will be playing a key role in the development and recommendations for quality specifications. Serve as the management representative to;

Ensure that processes needed for the quality management system are documented
Reporting to top management on the effectiveness of the quality management system and any need for
improvement
Ensure the promotion of awareness of applicable regulatory requirements and quality management
system and any need for improvement
Conduct research
Manage quality activities
Oversees internal audits
Manages and conducts external customer and supplier audits
Document Control Contributes to the development of processes and procedures
Visit customers and suppliers
Prepare error reports
Participate in hiring, training and overall direction of the facility
Oversee the Quality Staff (Quality Engineer and Quality Tech)
Other various tasks as needed to support customer requirements

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

BS degree Quality Engineering or equivalent experience in manufacturing operations (10+ years)
Travel is required for various support of projects and tasks
Experience managing and delegating task to quality team
Must be a U.S. Person per EAR Part 772 and ITAR 120.15
This is a full-time, on-site position and cannot be supported remotely without approval from President
