We are currently recruiting for a temporary to hire or direct hire OEM Lender Business Development professional to join our team! Our client, a growing automotive industry service provider offers a fantastic benefits package coupled with a sales driven bonus structure. The company is growing in leaps and bounds and is looking for strategic, forward thinking sales people to target their biggest accounts: Ford, Chrysler, Chevrolet, etc.
We are looking for candidates who are used to a long sales cycle selling to “A” accounts. Specifically, anyone who has experience working with an automotive manufacturer, vehicle services contract (VSC) space and/or automotive finance and/or F&I departments.
- Present and sell company services (Marketing, Direct Mail & Finance solutions)
- Prospect and contact potential customers
- Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
- Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
- Create sales presentations
- Previous experience selling to automotive finance and/or dealerships a MUST.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
We are willing to entertain out of state candidates; however, applicants must be able to report into the Missouri (home office is in St Louis) and/or California office a minimum of 60% of the time.
