We are looking for a motivated and energetic Inside Sales Specialist to increase our company revenue by delivering exceptional sales support, education, and partnership to our amazing customer and internal/external sales organizations.

What You’ll Do

  • ANALYZE | As a Inside Sales Specialist you’ll maximize company revenue by continuously analyzing key market, customer, and product sales performance indicators. You’ll then proactively take measures to facilitate & grow key accounts, while simultaneously focusing on margin performance and new product category attachment.
  • COMMUNICATE | You’ll have two amazing audiences competing for your attention, and you’ll be ultra-communicative with both. First comes your Customers and External Sales Support Teams. You’ll facilitate regular interactions to discuss progress to goal, as well as ways you’re currently winning together. Second comes your Sales Operations team and other internal groups. These groups are going to want to know what strategies your deploying, and that you’re ensuring success throughout the entire customer experience.
  • GROW | You’ll have overall accountability for the operational management and growth of your Customer and External Sales Support Team accounts. You’ll leverage your natural ability to weigh risks and benefits, and take strategic measures to scale accounts whenever possible. You’ll also be in constant contact with internal Sales Operation and Sales team members regarding what’s working, and will drive to increase product attachment and sell-through in these well performing areas.

What Success Looks Like

  • Continuously meet revenue and product attachment goals for your market segment(s).
  • Efficient and effective facilitation of Sales Operations.
  • Establishing and maintaining long-lasting relationships with both Customers and External Sales Support Teams. You’ll accomplish this by bringing valuable insights into all your meetings and conversations about current performance, new product introductions, and new opportunities for promotion of the brand portfolio.
  • Deepen strong relationships with internal team members (sales, marketing, engineering, warehousing, finance) to ensure that we are maximizing opportunities and resources, while simultaneously advocating for a positive customer experience.
  • Problem-solving your way to drive Customer and External Sales Rep success by digging into the data and transforming that into actionable next steps.
  • Proven experience in driving sales growth for multiple customer accounts in a technical space. (This is the #1 requirement for this job)
  • Confident interpersonal communicator and relationship builder, including the abilities to hold people accountable and to conduct difficult conversations.
  • Excel expertise, including a strong ability to analyze data, make actionable decisions and recommendations.
  • A flexible and driven entrepreneurial spirit with good business instincts and judgement.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business Administration, Marketing, Finance or similar desired.
  • Experience in technology field preferred, technical aptitude is must.
