Inside Sales / Account Manager

Inside Sales / Account Manager Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Makes outbound lead follow-up calls to potential and existing customers by phone and e-mail to qualify leads and sell the company’s products.
  • Handles inbound sales leads to convert calls into sales.
  • Overcomes technical and business objections of prospective customers.
  • Builds and maintains customer relationships and account maintenance.
  • Strategize, develop plans, and execute plans for continued growth.
  • Investigate, propose new marketing ideas leading to sales growth.
  • Work with Management and Marketing Team coordinating various marketing plans leading to sales growth.
  • Lead generation.
  • Work with social media on promotions, e-blasts, etc. leading to sales growth.
  • Revive dormant accounts.
  • Contact clients via phone, email, and email campaigns.
  • Liaison with customer representative staff.
  • Develop and maintain new and existing customers through personal contact and planned individual account support.
  • Initiate discussions and secure meetings with potential partners and new accounts.
  • Meet or exceed annual sales volume objectives for assigned accounts.
  • Manage online sales channels and partners.
  • Liaison with third party marketing consultant.
  • Manage third party online digital marketing – Criteo, Bazarevoice, iX-One.
