We are actively recruiting for a Customer Support Associate for our client, a construction products supplier based in San Clemente, CA.

CSC Associate Skill Sets:
• Proficient in Excel/Word/CRM program
• Communicate clearly with written and verbal acuity
• Maintain fluctuating priorities
• Multitask abilities – maintaining calls/coding/data updates
• Manage personal limitations
• Participate well within a team environment
• Manage records and updates in CRM
• Follow instructions with positive follow through

Duties and responsibilities:
• Provide dynamic and positive support to all customers, team, and
• Respond to inbound calls with consistent uplifting responses and
affirmative actions
• Make outbound calls as required by department standards
• Maintain CRM system with accuracy and speed on all customer
information and organization information
• Process and code customer orders in a accurate and timely manner
• Provide management up-to-date progress upon request
• Process phone and email orders per department standards
• Work with accounting, freight and logistics departments in order to
provide ongoing and up to date support where needed
• Interface and support outside sales team(s)
• Collaborate with logistic and production teams to secure shipping
accuracy and to resolve potential shipment errors
• Identify, troubleshoot and use judgement to appropriately handle
any issues
• Process “service tickets” and compile information for RMA tasking
• Maintain punctuality, attendance, and a supportive point of view
• Be the Customer Support person you want others to be when you
are in need
