We are actively recruiting for a temporary to hire Customer Support Specialist for our client, a corporate finance company based in San Clemente, CA. Our client offers a fun, team-oriented environment with incentives to keep you motivated and making money! The base rate of pay is $15-16/hour plus bonuses totaling between $150-$300/week. The average rep is making $22/Hour.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Answer/place up to 100 calls per day.
• On board new clients – New Clients – compile all necessary client data and assign to Technician for Intake.
• Manage & follow up on pending application submissions.
• Respond to client emails in Support inbox.
• Database management – Manage & add to client files, check client forms for accuracy.
• Run credit checks and versifications on new clients.
• Create & Calendar new appointments for clients
• AR Calls as needed on existing clients
• Complaint resolution
