Administrative Support

Our client is currently recruiting for an administrative support person for their small, but busy office in San Clemente, CA.

Responsibilities include: 

  • Answering¬† phones
  • Getting the mail
  • Packaging client files
  • Filing
  • Providing back up customer service department
  • Entering sales orders
  • Special projects as needed

Good phone skills, someone who can do general admin (excel, word, outlooks, etc.), some customer service knowledge.
