Administrative Assistant

We are currently staffing for our client, a small insurance agency in San Clemente, CA. They are looking to hire a temp to hire administrative support person. If you are looking to work in a fun, upbeat environment supporting 2 insurance agents who love what they do, then this is the place for you!

Responsibilities include:

  • Directing incoming calls
  • Input client data into the database
  • Answer client inquiries
  • Take payments over the phone
  • Run reports for management as needed


  • Experienced in MS Office including Excel
  • Previous administrative support experience
  • Strong customer service and organization skills
