Direct Hire Administrative Assistant (Newport Beach)
National commercial real estate brokerage, consulting and property management firm headquartered in
Newport Beach, CA is looking for an Administrative Assistant. We are looking for a multi-faceted individual that can interface with the administrative group of the company and provide support to the marketing department, brokerage department, property management group as well as executives of the
Company.
The job position requires the following skills:
• Ability to multi-task and be organized
• Efficient and self-starter
• Mastery of Word, Excel and good word processing skills
• Must Type 50+ WPM – Any use of a dictation machine is a plus
• Outgoing Personality
• Able to Communicate with various department and individuals within the Company, as well as clients, vendors and tenants of our properties
• Opening and closing the office
• Coordination of inventory and maintenance of the Company’s kitchen facilities
• Coordination within the brokerage department for the preparation of marketing packages to be sent to clients and prospective clients
• Coordination with executives of the Company for general word processing and administrative duties
• Any previous real estate or property management experience a plus, but not required
• General administrative duties and office organization
• Must have reliable transportation
This position is available immediately. We are looking for individuals who are currently located in Orange
County, California.
Salary compensation: $42,000-$50,000 based on skill set
