If you are a temporary employee, and the company wants to hire you, we will arrange for your hire with our client. We will first consult with you to ensure you are interested in the position. If you are, we will communicate the status with you each step of the way until you are hired onto their payroll.
Strategic Staffing policy is to work as a temporary employee for 600 hours. However, this is at the discretion of the employer. Some clients choose to bring employees onto their payroll sooner while others choose to keep employees temporary for a longer period of time. The time frames will be discussed with you prior to you accepting a position or during your employment with Strategic Staffing.
